Return Policy

Inspect your package upon delivery. If there are problems please notify us within seven (7) business days. Returned items must be in its original package and unused.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Software, video games, and digital memory devices can only be returned if unopened.

Shipping and Handling

For the individual products that we sell, shipping rates are calculated based on weight of items purchased and the buyers shipping location. Most items are shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Sales Tax-Except for items shipped to Missouri - The purchaser is responsible for sales tax. Sales tax of 8.600% is applied to items shipped within the state of Missouri.
